Guarantee
terms:
Dear customer: All products
manufactured by Live Company
up 2 three years from
manufacturing date are covered
by
guarantee services.
Within Tehran city are Live
company makes every effort to
provide guarantee services at
the consumer’s place. When this
is not possible a replacement
chair will be provided for
duration
of repair services.
The guarantee period will start
at the date recorded on the sale
invoice. Where invoice is not
available, the manufacture date
will be used
Following
is not covered by guarantee:
Damages to covering as result of
marking burns tear with
sharp appliances, natural leather wrinkle and
exposure to
strong sunlight.
Damages due to strong impact
during transportation
Repair of product by craftsman
not authorized by Live
company.
Continuous usage of chair on
uneven surfaces.
Product with tempered serial
number, or unmaking
serial number with that of guarantee card.
